Shipping policy

PAWLORA ships to Portugal, the entire European Union, and select international destinations.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days for Portugal, 5 to 14 business days for other EU countries, and 10 to 30 business days for destinations outside the EU, depending on the destination country and carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order.

In the event of delays caused by external factors (customs, strikes, weather conditions), PAWLORA is not responsible, but will make every effort to track and resolve the situation.
